Weddings

Every time a photographer provides beautiful images for me to use on my website, I put them here. Sure I can take a good photo (I think..), but a photographer always manages to capture images that have just the right amount of light, or the right timing (haha, most importantly I’m sure you’ll agree!!).

So, the first wedding to make it up here was one done in Brisbane at Dandelion & Driftwood Cafe, Hendra. Dear & Tine provided the lovely images - thankyou!

The latest wedding to make it to the ‘weddings hall of fame’ is photographer by none other than the marvellous Karen Buckle! Set at Ebb Waterfront Restaurant, Maroochydore, the gorgeous wedding had a Hamptons appeal and modern floral romance setting. A vintage table from Adorn Event Hire was used to create a ceremony tablescape of pink, green and white blooms that filled with space with romance, colour and vibrancy. It also provided a sort of ‘hands on’ experience for the guests, as they inspected the flowers and were able to drink in their fragrance on the warm summer day!

I LOVED everything about this wedding, because the bride wanted to do something different and appealing to the senses. The maids had gorgeous custom designed hair pieces with vintage lace, feathers and cluster roses.

This next beautiful wedding was held at Maleny Retreat with the gorgeous Glasshouse Mountains and Sunshine Coast Hinterland as a backdrop. Bonnie Jenkins has provided the most amazing photos - I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed creating the flowers! CL Weddings and Events styled the massive marquee (Perry’s Hire) provided. The bride wanted a vintage, romantic look, with garden games, outdoor spaces and separate bar facilities to encourage guests outside in the gorgeous night air.
