Our waterfall of flowers down the iconic Fig Tree at Yandina Station.
Two things really excite me in this line of work! The first is definitely the emergence of new flower varieties available to the QLD flower market. Blooms such as Peonies, Andromeda, flowering branches, luscious foliage; you name it, if it’s new, really unique and totally unexpected, you can expect an excited squeal from the cold room. The second is when a couple allow us to create something we’ve always wanted to do but haven’t been able to do because of various reasons, mostly to do with priority in their budget.
When an opportunity arises
Few couples have come forth to say “do whatever you want to do” purely because, well, it’s their wedding day and they want it to reflect who they are. However, it does come to pass that a couple love your work so much, that they let you have a little creative license to go ahead and design something truly unique.
When we finish creating an amazing piece, we always love seeing the result in professional photos. The images we received from Jess Jackson Photographer were beyond beautiful and so detailed. This wedding was a true highlight of the year AND this journey we are on to keep creating truly unique and sumptuous wedding spaces in our own backyard- the Sunshine Coast.
